Bug Reports

If you experience a problem with one of our software products make sure to check out the known problems before reporting the problem to us.

When you submit your bug report to us, an e-mail will be send to our support department who will store the bug report in a database for tracking purposes. The bug report will be associated with your name. Periodically we will post notices regarding bugs reported by our customers in the known problems section, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.
